It sounded like fun to stay in a Renaissance building, and this was a contributing factor to choosing Hotel Telc. The building is certainly very old, and this has had a bearing on how it could be renovated. The room we had was small, but that would have been fine if the furniture had been a little less cumbersome. Overall the place needs a bit more work, mainly in fixtures and furnishings, to be in a good class. The breakfast was also ordinary in comparison to the many we have experienced elsewhere. Position could not be better - the hotel opens almost directly onto the marvellous Telc town square.
